Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  1. Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
  2. Check-in patients, walk-ins, and emergencies
  3. Manage record keeping, filing, and inventory
  4. Assist with various projects as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of veterinary experience required
  • 1 year of reception experience required
Shift and Schedule
  • 8-hour shifts available
  • Weekend availability required
  • 10-hour shifts may be available
  • Day shift work available
  • Monday to Friday schedule
