We are seeking a seasoned Senior Leadership Director to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Kodiak office. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will provide strategic direction and planning for NOK Land, Resources and Real Estate.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of industry-related experience, including five years in upper management. A Bachelor's degree in business, public relations, communications, government affairs/political science or related field is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are essential.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a member of the senior leadership team
  • Provides strategic advice and recommendations
  • Develops strategies and programs to support business goals
  • Executes daily management responsibility for effective Shareholder Relations
  • Creats and maintains positive relationships with business partners and community organizations
  • Ensures the office is clean, organized, and presented professionally
  • Develops Annual Operating Budget and Capital Requirements Budget
  • Identifies and reports significant issues to the President and CEO
  • Assists in developing viable shareholder employment opportunities
  • Provides mentoring and coaching
  • Actively assists in developing legislative and political strategy
