Key Responsibilities:
As the primary liaison between customers and the sales department, your duties will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.
- Providing accurate repair cost estimates and promoting sales initiatives.
- Keeping customers informed about their vehicle status and explaining completed services thoroughly.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints and concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Preferred experience includes at least 6 months in customer service or sales roles.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and successfully pass drug screening and medical examinations as required.
Skills and Competencies:
Essential Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves regular communication and active participation, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting/moving items weighing over 75 pounds.
Work Environment:
Exposure to outdoor elements and various mechanical and chemical substances is expected.
