Position Overview:

D4C Dental Brands is seeking an experienced and dynamic Orthodontic Learning and Development Manager to lead the training and development initiatives for our orthodontic practices in Georgia. This role will focus on onboarding and continuous development of team members in key positions including Front Office Coordinators, Treatment Coordinators, Orthodontic Assistants, and Operations Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs covering best practices in orthodontic procedures, front-office operations, treatment coordination, and management.

  • Software and Compliance:

Provide detailed training on orthodontic practice management software, ensuring team members are well-versed in system navigation, data entry, and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Technology Integration:

Quickly learn and master different software programs used across the practices and train staff on proper usage to ensure efficient operations.

  • Customer and Patient Experience:

Deliver training that enhances customer and patient interactions, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction and maintaining the D4C standard of care.

  • Standardization of Practices:

Implement and standardize workflows across multiple orthodontic offices to ensure a consistent and efficient approach to patient care and office operations.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Regularly assess training materials and effectiveness, seeking opportunities to update and improve content as needed.

  • Collaborative Leadership:

Work closely with operations managers and regional directors to identify training needs, ensuring that learning objectives align with business goals.

  • Performance Support:

Serve as a resource for ongoing learning, providing additional coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in dental/orthodontic practice, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in management, or a training and development role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and teach new programs and systems.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Georgia to support multiple offices.
  • Expertise in training on orthodontic/dental software, compliance, and patient care protocols.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members at all levels and across functions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and creating training content.
  • Proven ability to drive change and performance improvement in a multi-office environment.
