Strategic Financial Leader for Healthcare Excellence

LaSalle Network, a leading provider of direct hire and temporary staffing services, is seeking an experienced Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team at one of the top hospitals in Chicago.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to play a critical role as a business partner to both the finance and clinical teams. As a Hybrid Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping the hospital's financial strategies, influencing decisions at all levels, and driving high-impact process improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret financial reports to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis and ad hoc reporting.
- Drive process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship to junior analysts, fostering continuous learning and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, HFMA) is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a strong track record of success in a senior role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
