RN - Medical Telemetry Unit Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry Unit at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other patient data to identify potential complications and take appropriate action.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in medical telemetry.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- One year of experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting.
