Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the medical telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including ECG, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- ~ 1 year Nursing experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Oregon.
