Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry Unit. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological disorders.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- 1 year of experience in Medical Telemetry or a related field
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
