Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 3:30 PM to 1:00 AM
- Occasional Saturday for overtime
- Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and utilizing personal protective equipment.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Acquire knowledge and skills for quality inspection to meet departmental standards.
- Notify supervisors of any defects in parts or equipment to facilitate timely resolution.
- Operate machinery, including starting and stopping equipment as needed.
- Perform standard operations related to press brake machinery.
- Familiarize yourself with tools, instruments, and calibration devices.
- Maintain cleanliness in the production area by removing debris and conducting regular cleaning.
- Load and unload materials from machines and transport equipment.
- Feed materials into machines for processing.
- Ensure products meet specified standards.
- Label parts for identification purposes.
- Place items on conveyor systems or storage containers for further processing.
- Correctly dispose of non-conforming materials.
- Interpret and utilize gauges for operational monitoring.
- Document relevant data accurately.
- Utilize Epicor ERP for job tracking and management.
- Follow instructions from team leaders and management.
- Work from production guidelines, blueprints, and visual aids to achieve required quality standards.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently according to specifications.
- Read and interpret project documentation and diagrams to execute tasks effectively.
- Conserve resources to maintain budgetary constraints and client satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Basic mathematical and communication skills are essential.
- Entry-level position; training will be provided.
