Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide direct patient care and clinical support for physicians and other providers in our outpatient setting. As an integral member of the healthcare team, you will work under the direction of the provider to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and document patient information using the electronic medical record.
  • Prepare patients for visits with providers, ensuring their safety and privacy.
  • Administer medications according to policy and procedure after validation of knowledge and demonstration of competency.
  • Complete patient tests and treatments as per provider orders, following established policies and procedures.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, accurately completing associated paperwork to expedite laboratory studies.

Requirements:
  • Graduate from a specialty training program.
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience (preferred).
  • Certified Medical Assistant certification is required; Basic Life Support Certification within 6 months is also necessary.
