The Opportunity:

You will partner with our internal portfolio decision-makers, auxiliary research teams, and renowned sales teams to deliver exceptional client service. Our commitment to being a fee-only fiduciary firm ensures that your compensation is aligned with our clients' best interests. You'll have access to our comprehensive training program, which provides an elevated education on finance and capital markets.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Develop trusting relationships with clients and educate them on our top-down portfolio strategy, investments, and market events.
  • Proactively connect with clients quarterly to review their asset allocation and ensure alignment with their long-term financial goals.
  • Rely on our sales team to gradually build your roster of high-net-worth clients within the first year.

Your Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience building trust and relationships within the finance industry.
  • A Series 65 license (we will support your attainment upon starting).
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A consultative approach with an emphasis on client focus.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $85,000 - $130,000 base salary per year in Washington state, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
  • Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your qualifying dependents, a 50% 401(k) match, 20 days of PTO, and 10 paid holidays.
