About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Bethesda Health. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support services, including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety, as directed by the Charge Nurse.

• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

• Assist with vital sign measurements, weight monitoring, and other essential tasks as assigned.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring proper use of equipment and supplies.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment.

• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.

• Long-term care experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Physical stamina to perform duties, including standing, walking, and lifting as needed.
