About the Role

Bethesda Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support services, including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety, as directed by the Charge Nurse.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
  • Assist with vital sign measurements, weight tracking, and other essential tasks.
  • Ensure residents receive necessary care and attention, including turning and repositioning, as required.
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment.
  • CPR certification required, or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting.
