About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Bethesda Health. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and support services, including hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, elimination, and safety, as directed by the Charge Nurse.

• Document patient information accurately and timely, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

• Assist with vital sign measurements, weight recording, and other essential tasks as assigned.

• Ensure proper use of equipment and supplies, and report any issues to the Charge Nurse or purchasing clerk.

• Maintain effective working relationships with team members, Charge Nurse, and department managers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in the state of employment.

• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.

• Long-term care experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Physical stamina to perform duties, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.
