- Supervise the assignments of aides to ensure proper workflow and efficient care delivery.
- Intervene in resident conflicts, outbursts, and behavior issues to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
- Supervise medication administration times to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up care.
- Facilitate communication among healthcare team members to ensure timely medical attention.
- Process late admissions and re-admissions, including paperwork and medication changes.
- Report to the Director of Nursing (DON) and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve our goals.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Minimum 5 years of recent clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in Long Term Care or sub-acute settings.
- Valid state LPN license and good standing with the State Registry.
