We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist to join our team at Parker Medical Supplies LLC.



As a Medical Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, creating return labels and mailing them out in a timely manner. You will also handle outbound calling to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests.



In addition, you will analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations. You will maintain accurate and detailed records for CMS guidelines and policy requirements and collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.



To be successful in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers. You will also need to have previous experience in an insurance or DME customer service role, understanding of Medicare complaint process and record keeping process, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.



Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software or similar systems, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude and a desire to provide outstanding service to customers, and ability to work with minimal supervisor after training are also required.
