Adjunct Faculty Position in Engineering and Technology

We are seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach in our Engineering and Technology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering curriculum content in alignment with course objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and teach curriculum content in alignment with course objectives.
- Utilize applicable technology and pedagogical principles to deliver course content via various formats (face-to-face, hybrid, online, and remote instruction).
- Complete required institutional trainings and professional development.
- Prepare and deliver course syllabi in accordance with department and division requirements.
- Develop and implement instructional activities that promote student engagement and learning.
- Evaluate student performance using assessment tools as directed by the department.
- Maintain accurate electronic grade books and submit final grades by established deadlines.
- Comply with attendance and grading requirements as established for the course.
- Participate in departmental evaluation and course assessment processes as needed.
- Maintain regular communication with students, including timely responses to emails.
- Master's degree in a related field for lecture instruction; Bachelor's degree in a related field for lab instruction.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred.
This is a part-time position with varying hours per week, depending on course schedules. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
