Job Overview

Position Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and committed Quality Assurance Inspector to enhance our quality control efforts. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be tasked with executing final evaluations, aiding in ongoing inspections, and ensuring precise documentation. If you possess a strong dedication to quality assurance and an exceptional attention to detail, this position is tailored for you.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform final evaluations and complete all related data entry tasks.
  • Support in-process inspections for all manufactured components and assemblies, including prototype evaluations and FAIR reporting as directed by the Quality Manager.
  • Adhere to work instructions and the Quality Manager's directives for in-process evaluations.
  • Verify shop order documentation, including technical drawings and Bill of Materials, as necessary during inspections.
  • Record data from daily evaluations as required.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring they are filed systematically.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving non-conforming products in collaboration with production.
  • Participate in internal audits at the designated facility as required.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality inspection or a comparable role.
  • Familiarity with inspection, measuring, and testing instruments.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical measuring tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

What We Provide:

  • Competitive starting wage of $20/hr for day shift.
  • An additional $2/hr shift differential for evening shift.
  • Evaluation hire to assess long-term compatibility and performance.
