We are seeking a highly skilled Spiritual Care Specialist to join our team at Hospice Home Care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing spiritual care services to patients and their families/caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide spiritual assessments and develop individualized plans of care that address the spiritual needs of patients and their families/caregivers.
- Collaborate with the hospice team to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
- Support patients and their families/caregivers in their faith practices and provide comfort during times of need.
- Facilitate memorial services and other spiritual events.
- Bachelor's degree in theology or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in hospice care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
