- High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree or 48 college units preferred.
- 1 year of experience working with students with special needs, preferably in a behavioral therapy or intervention setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- A competitive salary range of $20-$25 per hour.
