Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments:
    • Engage with parents and primary caregivers to arrange assessments
    • Observe clients in various environments
    • Compile assessment reports outlining goals and intervention strategies
  • Client Oversight:
    • Develop treatment plans and program objectives
    • Provide training for caretakers and behavior technicians
    • Track client progress and ensure effective treatment delivery
  • Supervision of Pre-Licensed Staff:
    • Guide and mentor staff on essential competencies
    • Evaluate assessments and progress documentation
  • Additional Duties:
    • Engage in staff meetings and professional development activities
    • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Dedication to high-quality healthcare
  • Familiarity with Rethink and Google Suite is advantageous
  • Understanding of applicable laws and regulations
  • Current TB test and CPR Certification required
