Mantiene una relación favorable con los clientes internos y externos al abordar sus necesidades y problemas de manera oportuna.Escala los problemas de los clientes a personal de piezas más experimentado o a un supervisor cuando sea necesario.
Mantiene un área de atención al cliente y un almacén de piezas ordenados y limpios.
Apoya a otros profesionales de piezas en la búsqueda y localización de solicitudes complejas de piezas o en la búsqueda de alternativas bajo supervisión moderada o directa.
Utiliza diversos sistemas, catálogos y otros recursos, y colabora con técnicos para identificar y adquirir las piezas de la manera más eficiente en costo y tiempo.
Identifica y actúa sobre oportunidades con los clientes para ofrecer productos y servicios complementarios, según corresponda.Realiza otras tareas bajo supervisión moderada que pueden incluir la gestión de niveles de stock, el envío y recepción de piezas, actividades de almacén, tareas relacionadas con la gestión de inventarios, procesamiento de núcleos u otras funciones relacionadas con piezas según lo asignado por la dirección.

CALIFICACIONES
Educación, Licencias, Certificaciones:
Diploma de secundaria o certificado de finalización de educación secundaria o experiencia equivalente en la medida en que dicha experiencia cumpla con las regulaciones aplicables.
Dominio de aplicaciones de Microsoft, generación de informes y habilidades avanzadas en computación.Esta posición puede requerir licencias para cumplir con controles de exportación o regulaciones de sanciones.
Experiencia:
Se requiere cierta experiencia laboral o nivel intermedio de conocimiento obtenido a través de educación, capacitación o experiencia laboral.
