Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review technical and mission-related documentation for programs
  • Evaluate the supportability and maintainability of proposed systems
  • Implement support and maintenance strategies while establishing maintainability requirements
  • Conduct cost analyses and life cycle cost assessments
  • Perform logistic and maintenance requirements analyses and evaluate technical proposals
  • Provide insights for resource acquisition and system support planning
  • Review and endorse logistics plans and maintenance documentation
  • Engage in gate reviews, engineering change proposals, and product support evaluations
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify product support impacts
  • Assist in resolving logistics deficiencies and implementing design modifications
  • Participate in system acquisition analysis and requirements development
  • Coordinate with stakeholders regarding product support and maintenance initiatives
  • Gather and analyze logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and financial information
  • Develop and validate documentation for automated logistics data systems
  • Support the updating of tracker sheets and action items for bases

Qualifications

Experience: A minimum of six years in defense life-cycle logistics

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience

Requirements: Must possess a Department of Defense Secret security clearance and be a U.S. Citizen
