Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor III (Region I - Lubbock)

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor III to oversee maintenance and construction staff in Region I (Lubbock). The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and construction work, overseeing the requisition of materials and supplies, and supervising the work of employees and contractors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee maintenance, construction, and repair work, including plumbing, masonry, welding, carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and HVAC.
  • Participate in scheduled preventative maintenance programs and ensure that work standards and safety and building regulations are met.
  • Coordinate the work of outside contractors and advise management on the specifics of proposed or ongoing projects.
  • Ensure that requisitions for materials and supplies are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records on work orders and projects using computer-tracking systems.

**Requirements:**

  • Seven years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance and repair work, specifically in HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing.
  • Three years of hands-on experience in facility construction.
  • Three years of supervisory and/or team lead experience.
  • Experience using MS Office Software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Vocational training in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
  • Experience with HVAC.
  • Experience using computer work order management software applications.
  • Experience working in a military environment.
