Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal industry.
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly.
  • Basic electronics knowledge preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Related copy job experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage preferred.
