Duties and Responsibilities

  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to continuous learning and process improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clinical Medical Assistant certification (e.g., AAMA, AMT, NCCT, NAHP, AAH, or NHA) or willingness to obtain within six months.
  • Current CPR certification and computer skills required.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Rush University Medical Center offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
