Job Summary

Community LIFE is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Enrollment and Revenue Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Medicaid portion of our revenue cycle, analyzing and auditing various Medicaid reports, and ensuring accurate payment for our participants' level of Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and audit Medicaid reports to ensure accurate payment
  • Receive and process Medicaid enrollment documentation
  • Generate invoices and process cash receipts
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable at a participant level
  • Coordinate benefits with Community LIFE participants

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance desirable
  • Two years accounts receivable or Medicaid experience, specifically in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, particularly in Skilled Nursing Facility, Long Term Care, or PACE program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience reviewing PA 162 Forms
  • Experience using the Promise System
  • Experience using CMS MARX and HPMS systems
  • Experience using Sage 100c
