About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless enrollment of eligible patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our Hospital partner in Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Create a positive patient experience by clearly presenting program requirements and serving as a patient advocate.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure accurate and timely enrollment of patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred, with a Master's degree being a plus.
  • At least five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience, with a proven track record of success in sales and healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish, with fluency in Spanish being a significant advantage.
  • Flexibility to work an adaptive schedule to accommodate patients and hospital needs.
  • Must pass hospital credentialing, including all vaccines and drug & alcohol testing.
