**About the Role**

The PGA Tour is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial building HVAC/R systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for all HVAC system types in a timely manner.
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems, and perform preventative services for all HVAC as scheduled.
  • Perform emergency HVAC repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist with minor routine facility maintenance and preventative maintenance, including light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, caulking, plumbing, etc.
  • Assist with company's preventative maintenance program across various trades.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Participate in an on-call group and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years commercial HVAC experience and general building maintenance repair.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC Technical Training Certificate preferred.
  • EPA Certificate required.
  • Experience with Building Maintenance Systems (BMS) or Computer Based Automation Systems (CBAS) required.
  • OSHA 10/40 Certification preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills.
  • Understanding of advanced principles of chilled water systems, refrigeration systems, and domestic water systems.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, and/or other general repair skills.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
