Salary & BenefitsThe estimated starting compensation for this role is $175,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance. Job DescriptionJob Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team in the Pacific Northwest region. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between medical science and clinical practice, providing expert guidance to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our medicines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders, clinicians, and researchers in the hematology community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical science and clinical advancements in hematology, applying this knowledge to inform and support our business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide medical expertise and support to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
- Communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and insights gained from customers and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, or PhD degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical or research roles, preferably in hematology or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
