Salary & Benefits

The estimated starting compensation for this role is $175,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance. Job Description

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team in the Pacific Northwest region. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between medical science and clinical practice, providing expert guidance to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of our medicines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key thought leaders, clinicians, and researchers in the hematology community.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical science and clinical advancements in hematology, applying this knowledge to inform and support our business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business results and improve patient outcomes.
  4. Provide medical expertise and support to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and regulatory affairs.
  5. Communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals, patients, and payers.
  6. Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and insights gained from customers and other stakeholders.
  7. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • MD, DO, PharmD, DNP, or PhD degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical or research roles, preferably in hematology or related field.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
