Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Dexian. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based infrastructure solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using Azure and other cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop cloud infrastructure solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture blueprints and documentation.
  • Implement and manage virtualization technologies, including Azure VDI.
  • Administer and maintain servers, storage systems, and network devices.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.
  • Implement security measures and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure.
  • Manage and troubleshoot SD-WAN connectivity and network protocols.
Requirements:
  • At least eight (8) years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, security architecture, design, and development for Federal IT Organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as Cisco.
  • Demonstrated experience with monitoring tools, such as Splunk and CrowdStrike.
  • Proven experience in system administration and network management.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), virtualization technologies, and network protocols.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills, such as PowerShell and Python.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, such as Azure and AWS.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
