The Customer Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role, combining Teller and Customer Service responsibilities.

This role encompasses a diverse range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Execute standard transactions (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals, etc.) with precision.
  • Operate efficiently and accurately in alignment with established policies and procedures.
  • Cross-train in account openings and other areas to support daily branch functions.
  • Evaluate customer needs and introduce relevant products and services.
  • Go above and beyond to cultivate trust, loyalty, and satisfaction among customers.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Mitigate risks in every transaction and identify fraudulent activities to safeguard against losses.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide pertinent information.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Effective communication skills with clients both in-person and via phone.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Prior experience handling cash transactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficient mathematical skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with electronic banking equipment (e.g., cash drawers, receipt validators, money counters).
  • Ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.

Work hours may vary based on branch scheduling, with availability required until 6 PM.
