About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at LittleStar ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to individuals with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized programs written by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help patients learn new skills and achieve their goals.
  • Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support patients in developing social, communication, vocational, and life skills.
  • Work one-on-one with patients in various settings, including the therapy center, home, school, workplace, and community-based settings.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and supportive approach to care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA and autism support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable and safe vehicle, and a clean driving record.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs., and to engage in physical activities like running, jumping, reaching with arms, etc.
Work Environment

The Registered Behavior Technician position operates in a clinical environment, and the role may also involve working at offsite locations, including patients' homes, schools, or workplaces. The position requires the ability to work at multiple sites with multiple patients and may involve physical activities like running, jumping, and reaching with arms.
