About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Steps ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for our pediatric patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on data-driven analysis and ongoing assessment of client progress.
  • Provide direct and indirect training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on patient caseload.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance treatment outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam within one month.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
