Motion Recruitment Partners LLC busca un Lead Assembly Process Engineer para unirse a su equipo. Esta posición es fundamental para una empresa eléctrica que se dedica a la sostenibilidad y el avance tecnológico.

El rol se llevará a cabo en un entorno de trabajo presencial, con algunas oportunidades de viaje. Este es un contrato inicial de 3 meses, con posibilidad de extensión a 6 meses, dependiendo del rendimiento del candidato.


Responsabilidades:


El candidato seleccionado será responsable de desarrollar procesos de ensamblaje automatizados y semi-automatizados para la introducción de nuevos productos, aplicando un enfoque sistemático para la calificación y transferencia a operaciones.

Colaborará con el equipo de diseño durante la fase de desarrollo de productos, guiando el Diseño para el Ensamblaje (DFA) basado en su experiencia en soporte de producción.

Además, será un agente clave en la selección de tecnologías de ensamblaje, informando sobre las limitaciones y ventajas de diferentes métodos.

Evaluará y validará alternativas de diseño de productos para crear diseños de procesos óptimos, aplicando su conocimiento en diseño de productos, ensamblaje, fijación y materiales.

Deberá realizar análisis de capacidad detallados utilizando diversos métodos y técnicas de ensamblaje, comparando soluciones manuales, semi-automáticas y totalmente automatizadas.

Definirá el flujo de materiales y manejo necesarios para abastecer el proceso, así como planificará y establecerá la secuencia de operaciones para la fabricación y ensamblaje de piezas o productos, promoviendo la utilización eficiente de recursos.

Se espera que tenga experiencia en técnicas de balanceo de línea y que redacte especificaciones y planes de calificación para los medios, herramientas, equipos y líneas de producción necesarios para la fabricación del producto.


Habilidades Requeridas:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica o Mecatrónica.
- 3-5 años de experiencia en la industria manufacturera, apoyando operaciones de ensamblaje, mantenimiento o soporte de producción en fábricas, especializado en alto volumen o desarrollo de máquinas especializadas.
- Experiencia en la industrialización de nuevos productos y en la recepción de nuevos productos en instalaciones operativas.
- Aplicación de técnicas Lean y Six Sigma, con experiencia en herramientas de Manufactura Lean (5S, Mapeo de Flujo de Valor, eventos Kaizen, Lugar Visual, etc.).
- Ejemplos de mejora continua que impacten positivamente en la seguridad, calidad y eficiencia laboral.

Habilidades Técnicas:
- Dominio de AutoCAD/Creo (ProE) o Solidworks/Simulación o herramientas de modelado de producción (Lanner Witness, Rockwell Arena o equivalente).
- Conocimientos básicos de programación PLC y sistemas MES/MIS.
- Familiaridad con sistemas de visión (Cognex, Keyence).
