We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Investigator to join our team at Customers Bank. As a Fraud Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting routine to complex fraud investigations, suspicious activity reporting, and monitoring of fraud detection alerting systems covering multiple payment channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze complex fraud cases, identifying patterns and trends to prevent future occurrences
- Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies to minimize losses and protect our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk Management, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure seamless execution of fraud investigations and prevention initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with emerging fraud trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our fraud detection and prevention capabilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to our customers, ensuring they are informed and protected from potential fraud risks
Requirements:
