Job Title: Wynn Rewards Representative EveningWeekend Flexibility Required

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wynn Rewards Representative to join our team at Encore Boston Harbor. As a key member of our Wynn Rewards team, you will be responsible for promoting the Wynn Rewards Program and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain Encore Boston Harbor's core values and property standards.
  • Participate in the execution of short-and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Contribute to departmental performance and accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Verify compliance with internal policies, federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and property-wide controls.
  • Deliver and maintain a maximum level of service.
  • Contribute to company-wide communication and best practices.
  • Stay informed of all new developments within the department.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines in stressful and high-pressure situations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service when explaining, instructing, and assisting guests with the fundamentals of the Red Card loyalty program.
  • Create and maintain Red Card accounts as needed.
  • Encourage participation in the Red Card program, explain promotions and marketing material, and ensure a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist the slot marketing department in promotions and events as needed.
  • Work with safety as a priority and follow department and company safety standards.
  • Maintain relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.
Qualifications:
  • 21 years of age or above.
  • Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
  • High school degree or equivalent preferred. Hospitality, Casino or Loyalty Program experience preferred.
  • Strong Computer skills required.
  • Minimum 40 words per minute typing skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
Work Environment:
  • The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate. When on the casino floor or some back of house areas, the noise level increases to loud.
  • Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team Members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
  • Reliable, consistent, and punctual attendance is required.
