About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Customer Care Specialist to join our team at MAXIMUS. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service to clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Utilize computerized systems to track, gather, and troubleshoot client information.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to resolve complex client issues and provide feedback on call trends, processes, and procedures.
  • Respond to client inquiries by referring them to relevant resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow established policies and standard operating procedures, including data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
