Job Summary

The Christ Hospital Cardiovascular Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nuclear Medicine Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for coordinating the clerical and non-technical functions necessary for the efficient operation of our Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT department.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate patient scheduling, reception, and registration
Maintain accurate tracking of patients in our electronic health record system
Assist with ordering and scheduling of tests and procedures
Communicate with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
