About the Role

The Security Escort is a critical position at Servicon, responsible for ensuring the safe and secure movement of employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors within our facilities. As a Security Escort, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our security programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escort Visitors: Safely escort visitors to their assigned work areas, ensuring they are always within sight and wearing properly issued badges.
  • Prevent Unauthorized Access: Prevent unauthorized exposure to client proprietary data by ensuring visitors do not use personal electronic devices or client workstations without formal approval.
  • Monitor and Document: Document daily escorting logs accurately, ensuring all visitor badges are returned upon completion of visit.
  • Ensure Safety Procedures: Ensure safety procedures are always followed and that PPE (personal protective equipment) is issued and worn in the appropriate assigned work areas.
  • Vehicle Operations: Drive a company vehicle to perform assigned job duties, ensuring all company and client driving regulations and policies are followed.
  • Attend Safety Meetings: Attend all safety meetings and report unsafe conditions to the manager and/or clients Facilities Department.

  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Calm and Professional Demeanor: Calm, poised, and professional demeanor
