Associate Industrial Security Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Associate Industrial Security Analyst to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As an Associate Industrial Security Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
- Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
- Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
- Prepares manuals outlining regulations and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials.
- Conducts security education classes and security audits.
- Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
- Maintains liaison with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers.
Requirements:
- 0 years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of security experience with a High School Diploma.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have a final US Government DoD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance and Special Program Access.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Top Secret Clearance.
- Crisis Management and Emergency Management experience.
Salary Range: $59,600 - $89,400
The salary range represents a general guideline. Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
