  • Process and distribute customer metrics and develop performance reports.
  • Prepare reports and update SCLM and SCMP as required.
  • Initiate continuous process improvement activities and monitor results.
  • Measure transportation network cost and service performance, analyze, and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate TM procurement to achieve best cost/service solution network.
  • Prepare for client quarterly and monthly account reviews.
  • Evaluate, quantify, and present opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • College degree/Technical Certification in Business, Logistics, or Transportation.
  • Two years or more of industry-related experience, with a focus on custom and flow of freight, and Transportation Management.
