Role Summary:

As a pivotal member of the Technology team, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive technology support for the enterprise applications utilized by the Finance divisions of Lactalis US Businesses. This role requires both strategic and tactical capabilities, proficiency in business processes, and an in-depth understanding of SAP FI solutions along with other enterprise applications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the successful implementation and operational activities within the designated workstream for a US SAP ERP solution across various business units.
  • Evaluate and document business processes to ensure alignment with both global and local requirements.
  • Analyze and document functional and technical specifications for SAP system designs, incorporating feedback from business users.
  • Engage in workshops and presentations with users and management to promote solution development and continuous enhancement.
  • Identify advantages, risks, and alternatives in proposed system design solutions and their implications for integration with other systems and SAP modules.
  • Execute SAP configuration to fulfill a solution tailored to meet requirements and business process standards.
  • Support system testing activities (unit, integration, and regression), including test preparation, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Maintain project and solution documentation standards to ensure clarity and detail, collaborating with business partners to accurately capture process and technology implications.
  • Provide ongoing support to business users and address any issues that arise.
  • Assist rollout and implementation teams as needed.
  • Support service providers and others in executing changes and resolving issues in processes and systems.
  • Travel may be necessary for on-site support at Lactalis facilities.


Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering business analytics solutions within an SAP context utilizing a CoE support model.
  • Experience in the Food Industry and/or Consumer Products is preferred.
  • Functional SAP expertise in business processes such as General Ledger accounting, Controlling, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Preference for experience in Banking, Fixed Assets, Tax, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
  • Experience in an SAP S/4 HANA environment, including Central Finance and new G/L with multiple ledgers is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial bolt-on solutions, e.g., Diapason, HFM, Vertex, is preferred.
  • Experience with Trade Promotions-based accrual and spend analysis is preferred.
  • Basic ABAP knowledge is a plus, including debugging, user exits, and function modules.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end IT software development lifecycle from conception through planning, requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support, and transition into operations teams.
  • Experience with support ticket applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong analytical, time-management, and facilitation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
