Your Role as a Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you'll gain valuable expertise in the thriving fireplace industry and beyond. Our multi-state presence in outdoor and indoor comfort solutions sets us apart, and our dedication to unparalleled service makes us an industry leader. Join our technical support team, the backbone of our success, and receive top-notch training to ensure confidence and safety at every job site.

We offer National Fireplace Institute (NFI) Gas, Wood, Pellet, and Design Specialist training, providing you with a unique edge in this specialized field.

Responsibilities:

  • Install fireplaces or stoves and test them to ensure they are working properly.
  • Perform maintenance and provide customer support.
  • Diagnose problems and come up with repair solutions.
  • Educate the client on how to use and maintain their fireplace or stove.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Experience with fireplace systems and gas line installation is a plus.
  • Experience with reading blueprints and diagrams is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High School or equivalent certificate.
