Position Overview:
The primary role of the Retail Sales Associate is to enhance sales and fulfill the expectations of retailers and clients. This position involves completing projects, stocking, and maintaining designated areas, as well as facilitating effective communication within stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish rapport through daily interactions with store staff and management
- Educate customers and store personnel about the advantages and features of our product lines
- Ensure high-quality work and accuracy in all store areas to meet or exceed client standards
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies
- Communicate achievements or potential challenges to the Market Sales Manager
- Utilize handheld devices proficiently for all necessary functions
- Uphold confidentiality for company, client, and retailer information

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift objects and products weighing up to 50 lbs, with frequent lifting of items up to 35 lbs; capability to lift heavier items (up to 100 lbs) with assistance
- Flexibility to work while sitting, standing, or walking
- Proficient in fine manipulation of hands or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing
- Comfort with electronic and technical products
- Self-driven and independent
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- High School diploma or equivalent certification required
- Valid driver's license necessary for potential travel
- Automobile liability insurance must be maintained
- Access to a computer, printing capabilities, internet, and email is required
- Previous customer service or sales experience is essential

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position is $16.75 per hour.
