About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will provide exceptional customer service and comprehensive administrative support to our clients and contracts. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you understand the contract scope, internal procedures, processes, and systems.

This position involves working a non-traditional schedule, Tuesday-Saturday, 2:00pm-10:30pm, providing flexibility for those who prefer non-standard hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrate ID & Access Control Centers systems nationally, responding to requests, answering calls, creating tickets, and processing requests according to strict guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot access issues using approved methods and determine if an issue requires prompt resolution.
  • Assist technicians over the phone while at the site, resolving building issues.
  • Build, edit, disable, or delete access records following established processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; minimum two years of related experience are necessary.
  • The ability to understand and carry out general instructions and problem-solve in standard situations is crucial.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the ability to type 45-50 WPM are essential.
  • The capacity to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding is vital.
