Automotive Sales Consultant

About the Role:
Castilone CDJR is seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our showroom, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, guiding them through the vehicle selection process, and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Welcome and assist customers, understanding their automotive needs and providing detailed information to guide their purchase decisions.
- Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from greeting to closing, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models and features to effectively communicate the benefits to customers.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Inventory Management: Assist in keeping the showroom organized and vehicles properly displayed and maintained.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are open to training the right candidate.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
- Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing top-tier customer service and building relationships.
- Sales Skills: Must have sales experience with strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Motivation: A genuine enthusiasm for cars and sales, with a desire to exceed sales targets.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
