Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled To-Go Specialist to join our team at Jackmont Hospitality. As a To-Go Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our to-go and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take orders over the phone and in person, offering to-go beverages as needed
* Prepare and organize orders for delivery
* Review orders for accuracy and completeness
* Greet guests and drivers within 30 seconds, cashing out and ensuring satisfaction
* Perform accurate cash handling and process online and to-go orders within 2 minutes of arrival
* Pack and confirm orders with guests and drivers
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service

Qualification Requirements:

* Excellent verbal communication skills
