Job SummaryWe are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of Target, interacting with guests, solving concerns, and making their day better.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, welcoming and thanking guests, and exceeding their expectations.
- Be knowledgeable about products and services, and assist guests in finding solutions to their needs.
- Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality.
- Make the guest aware of current and upcoming brand launches, store activities, and events.
- Understand and communicate the benefits of Target Loyalty programs, and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
- Partner with leaders to de-escalate negative situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
- Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area, and stock supplies during store open hours.
- Communicate effectively, using positive language and attentive to guests' needs.
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.
- Attention to detail while multi-tasking.
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
