Job SummaryWe are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, resolving guest concerns, and promoting Target's services and offerings. As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of Target, providing a welcoming experience for our guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests, promoting Target's services and offerings.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for guests.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and guest expectations.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 44 pounds, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
